Winter Rally, January
18-20, 2002
Camp Keystone, SR100, Starke,
FL
When Camp
Blanding was closed down following the 9/11 tragedy, BMWNEF's plans were thrown
into disarray. Thanks to member Bill Carrier, we were able, at the last minute,
to secure the use of the Salvation Army's Camp Keystone. This beautiful
facility, located between Keystone Hts. and Starke, became the site of our 19th
Winter Rally. Thanks to our hosts, to our members, and most of all, to our
guests, this was our largest and most successful rally ever. It was a good thing
there was plenty of space at the camp because we signed up a record 282
entrants! We raised a lot of money, and in thanks for what they did for us and
others, we have selected the Salvation Army as our charity this year.
Now, how about some shots from the rally? OK, here you go, but give 'em a minute
or so to load.

| There was plenty of room to go off and find a quiet place of your own. Meanwhile the bonfire provided a place to get together and tell lies or whatever. | |

Ex-prez Rudi "working hard" for a living at the Sargent's stand in the main hall, a room that seats 500, and also provided plenty of space for food service on Friday brat night. |
