Here are a few pictures of the Vario Panniers that came with my 2023 BWM R1250GS. I have decided to replace with aluminum panniers. I checked on the internet, and they seem to range in price for a pair (right and left) like these in "like-new" condition (I don’t think they have even been in the rain) for $900 - $1,100. They are keyed for the BMW lock and I am told that they are easy to have a dealer rekey. The expanding and contracting mechanism work perfectly. Also, I purchased two internal cargo nets for the lids and will include them with the panniers. 

They can be shipped your door for a fee or picked up in Jacksonville FL. after August 28 if contacted prior.
