This year the rally will be held at Camp Weed & Cerveny Conference Center in Live Oak Florida. It is a beautiful venue on 520 Acres. Kayaking and fishing are some of the available activities. This event is being held on Friday 1/22/2021 and Saturday 1/23/2021. Register now to be assured the meal options are available for Friday Night, Saturday Morning and Saturday night.
Early arrivals Thursday 1/21/2021 are permitted after 4 pm. The rally ends on Saturday evening, and attendees will leave by Sunday morning 1/24/2021.
As in years past, this is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given unless the event is canceled.
We will have a number of vendors and seminars. We will list them on our website as we get closer to rally date.
This year's meals will be catered by Camp Weed and their excellent chef Ed Vollenweide.
Friday Evening : Bratwurst and Mettwurst, Hot Potato Salad (German), Peppers and Onions, Dessert, Coffee, Tea and Water
Saturday Morning Breakfast: Fruit and Yogurt, Oatmeal, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Grits, Coffee, Juice, Hot Tea, Water
Saturday Evening : Sliced Sirloin, Salad bar, Roasted zucchini, potatoes and yellow squash, Bread, Dessert, Coffee. Tea and Water
Please reserve your meals when registering, There is no guarantee you will be able to have a meal if not reserved in advance.
IMPORTANT HOUSING INFORMATION
There is a mandatory additional fee for each person scheduled to arrive early on Thursday 1/21/2021 that is staying in a Guest Room or Cabin. This must be selected when registering if you are planning on staying in a Guest Room or Cabin for Thursday night. Campers, Vendors and Official Volunteers are exempt from this fee.
Guest room fees are by the room not the occupant. Each Guest Room has two long double beds. Linens are provided. Each Guest room has a full bath similar to any motel room, Guest rooms have a maximum capacity of 4 occupants. You will be asked to list the expected occupants of the room. The rooms are purchased for two or three nights.
Each Cabin / Bunkhouse has 9 twin sized bunk beds with mattresses, three showers, three sinks and two commodes. No linens are supplied. You must bring your own linens or a sleeping bag. If you wish to be in a cabin with other attendees you will be asked to list the names of those attendees. We will try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee, roommate requests based on availability. A bunk bed is purchased per person per night.
It is possible for a group to rent a cabin / bunkhouse with all nine beds. That option is available when registering. If you would like to have more than 9 people in the cabin, please contact BMWNEF before completing your registration. We will honor requests as best we are able. You will be asked to list the occupants of the cabin. The complete cabin is purchased per night.
Tenting is charged by the tent per night and not by the camper. You will be asked to list any person sharing your tent. Tenting is purchased per tent per night.
RV slots have electricity. You will be asked to list persons staying in the RV. RV slots are purchased for two or three nights.

The BMWNEF Winter Rally Committee will be following all safety precautions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and the state and local governments including (if required) the use of masks when social distancing is not possible, temperature checks, and ensuring rally attendees have not been recently exposed to COVID.
